Terms of Service

PawHeadshots is run by Vban LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to upload a photo or make a purchase.

Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Photos of people must be of you. Don't upload photos of children, other people, or anything illegal or abusive. You keep your rights to your photos, and you let us process them to provide the service.

Your images

Once you've paid, you may use the images in your pack for personal and commercial purposes, such as prints, social posts, or your pet's own business. You're responsible for how you use your images.

We delete your images 7 days after purchase and can't restore them, so download them before then. If your order is fully refunded, we delete its images straight away, and your right to use them ends.

AI results

Images are made by AI, so results vary. Details such as faces, markings, hair, and clothing may not match your photos exactly, and we can't promise any particular result. Every look is meant to be fun, not a true depiction of a person or pet.

Pet Resumes

A Pet Resume is a document you fill in yourself. Only include true information and references that someone really gave you. The 5-star stamp is a playful award, not an official certification. A resume doesn't guarantee a rental or replace anything a landlord, insurer, or law requires.

Payments and refunds

Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription. Prices are in US dollars, and checkout may show your local currency and add sales tax or VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe and Link as merchant of record, so your statement will show LINK.COM.

If images are missing or your order fails, email support@pawheadshots.com within 24 hours of purchase, and we'll remake them or refund you. Because images are custom-made digital goods, we don't offer refunds after 24 hours or for any other reason, unless the law where you live requires it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to deceive or harass anyone, to impersonate someone, to break the law, or to get around our limits. We may refuse or remove content and block access if you do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months, and we aren't liable for indirect losses.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
