Privacy Policy

PawHeadshots is run by Vban LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what happens to it. Questions or requests go to support@pawheadshots.com.

What we collect

• Photos you upload of your pet and, for Me & My Human, of yourself.
• What you type, such as your pet's name, traits, and resume details.
• A session cookie that keeps your upload, checkout, and My Images page together. It lasts 30 days, and we don't use advertising cookies.
• Your IP address, used only to count daily uploads and checkouts so the service can't be abused.
• Your email, payment details, and billing location, which Stripe collects at checkout. We use your email only to send your order link, and we never see your full card number.

How your photos are used

We use your photos only to check they're suitable and to create your images. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to train AI models. Your original uploads are never shown publicly.

Photos of you may show your face. We use them only to make your portraits, not to identify you. Please upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your photos, images, and order records.
• fal.ai runs the AI models that analyze your photos and create your images, using models from providers including OpenAI and Google.
• Stripe and Link handle payments, tax, receipts, and payment support as merchant of record, and have their own privacy policies.
• Cloudflare also delivers your order email.

These companies may process data in the United States and other countries, and fal.ai may keep the photos and images it processes for a limited time under its own policies, which is separate from the schedule below.

How long we keep things

• Original uploads are deleted from our storage automatically within 3 days.
• Finished images are deleted automatically after 7 days and can't be restored, so please download anything you want to keep.
• IP-based usage counters are deleted within a day or two.
• Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting.

Share pages and links

Your order page and badge page can be opened by anyone who has the link, so only share them with people you trust. The image you choose for your badge is public on your badge page until it's deleted after 7 days.

Your choices

Email us to access or delete your photos and images, and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights over your data, and you can contact your local regulator with a complaint.

Children

PawHeadshots is for adults. Don't upload photos of anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
